Business Office
The Business Office can help with tuition, fees, billing and payment plans. At River Valley, students can access their bills electronically through the Student Information System (SIS) and their RVCC email. This online system makes it easier for students to access regularly updated billing information so they can accurately finance college.
Payments for non-credit courses are due in full upon registration.
Payment and/or payment arrangements for credit courses must in place two weeks prior to the first day of classes, or registration will be voided and classes deleted.
Nelnet offers students an affordable monthly payment plan with no interest or finance charges. This option is available on your SIS under student accounts; view or pay tuition bill.
A letter guaranteeing payment (which includes a statement that payment is not contingent upon grade or completion) from a recognized business, organization or institution shall be on file, on official letterhead. If a student must obtain a predetermined grade in order to be reimbursed by the guaranteeing organization, the student shall be required to pre-pay the course.
